1. Scope of Services
Rooter Plumbing coordinates and provides residential diagnostic, maintenance, and emergency plumbing services. Submitting a service request online or contacting our dispatch phone line constitutes an inquiry and authorization for our coordinators to schedule a qualified technician for an on-site diagnostic assessment.
2. Diagnostic Evaluations & Written Estimates
Our technician inspects the reported plumbing issue on-site and provides an itemized written estimate detailing the diagnostic findings, required replacement parts, and labor fees before performing any repairs. No non-emergency repair work commences without the customer's prior written or electronic authorization.
3. Customer Responsibilities & Site Access
The customer agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to the premises, plumbing fixtures, water heaters, cleanouts, and main shutoff valves at the agreed appointment time. Customers are responsible for securing domestic pets and providing safe working conditions for the assigned technician.
4. Warranties & Workmanship Guarantees
Workmanship is performed in compliance with applicable uniform plumbing codes (UPC/IPC). Specific part and labor warranty periods will be clearly detailed on your written service agreement and final invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply directly to installed mechanical fixtures, pumps, valves, and water heaters.
5. Limitation of Liability
Rooter Plumbing is not responsible for pre-existing structural decay, unpermitted plumbing modifications by prior owners, concealed pipe corrosion, or water damage resulting from failures that occurred prior to our technician's on-site arrival.
6. Contact Inquiries
